TransferDesk
TransferDesk is an AI intake line for insurance. It answers, confirms recording consent and the disclosures your caller's state requires, and qualifies the caller — state, age, existing coverage, intent — before it warm-transfers a licensed agent. The AI qualifies and hands off. It does not sell, quote, or close.
Join the founding-agent waitlistTransfer vendors bill off a hidden timer called a buffer — the seconds before the meter starts. Some set it at 10 seconds. In that window you get connected to wrong numbers, callers in states you don't write, and hang-ups — and you pay for every one. The bill grows whether or not the call was ever yours to work.
TransferDesk works from the other end. The caller is measured against a bar you set before the transfer ever reaches you.
An AI voice picks up the inbound call.
It captures recording consent and reads the disclosures required for the caller's state before anything else.
It works through state, age, existing coverage, and intent — the criteria you set.
Each call is scored against your published qualification bar.
A qualified caller is warm-transferred to a licensed agent, with the caller's answers already on the agent's screen.
When the call connects, the agent already has the context. An example transfer screen:

We publish the qualification bar — the states, the age range, the coverage and intent criteria — in writing, before you sign. Calls that miss the bar aren't billable. No buffer, no timer, no calls you pay for that were never qualified.
We're onboarding a first group of licensed agents. Tell us the states you write and we'll be in touch as spots open.
